Terms & Conditions
In order to secure your booking a (non-refundable) deposit of 50% is required by the date that will be given in your quotation. A booking is confirmed once required deposit is received. The balance shall be paid before the commencement of the tour.
Method of payment
Payment can be made via EFT, international bank transfer or cash prior to the tour. Payment in South Africa currency (Rand) is required.
Mashaba Tours and Transfers reserves the right to recover any costs incurred or charges received from suppliers up to the date of cancellation.
Rates are subject to change, due to unforeseen increases in entrance fees and petrol levies.
Alterations to tours
If the arrangements are made for the same day the tour ends, Mashaba Tours cannot be held responsible or any delays resulting in failure to meet those arrangements.
Insurance and liability
While every care is taken, Mashaba Tours and Transfers and their staff and / or agents, shall not be held responsible and shall be exempt from all forms of liability in respect of any loss, damage or injury to any person or his/her luggage or personal property. It is strongly recommended that passengers have adequate insurance against cancellation, loss of baggage, personal accident and medical expenses.
All our vehicles have operating licenses & public liability. Drivers also have public driving permits.
